I offer help for many issues which may affect your life.  This may include Addictions, Depression, Anxiety, Mental Health, Grief/Loss, Relationships, Sexual Orientation, Illness, HIV/AIDS, Smoking Cessation, and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD includes trauma related to sexual, physical, or emotional abuse, violence, war, a natural disaster, etc.)

I also offer workshops and trainings on the topics listed above for your company, organization, church, or classroom. 

I can offer you support and coping strategies, when you a family member or friend who affects your life in negative ways but is not willing to seek help for themselves.
